We are the owners of a peaceful hamlet named Poche Viale in Jumilhac le Grand surrounded by 40 hectares land. We live there - and we are searching for a friendly neighbour.

We are selling the most important house in the hamlet with nearly 6 hectares of prairie and forest. This house is agreeably situated apart from our other houses. Also included in the sale is a charming house for renovation with 1 hectare of land.

The situation of the house is in the green silent hills of the Périgord Vert with wonderful views; the location is in the nature-park Périgord-Limousin. No traffic, no busy road, no noise – only shared with our horses, and the deer, chevreuils and sangliers, who live in the forests of Poche Viale.
