Decorated in cream and green with an herb theme. It is a family room with either king size bed and 2 singles or 4 singles. With en-suite shower room , wash basin & WC. There is sufficient room for an additional single bed

 Guest are welcome to use our lounge which has a good selection of books, games and tourist information, English TV. Roaring log fire in the winter months.
Games/garden room which has a pool table and dart board.
Table and chairs are on the sun terrace at the front of the house.
The village as good selection of amenities: Pizzeria, Restaurant,
Bar-tabac, Tourist Information, Bank.
Market day is Monday, during winter months there is a Truffle market as well.
Sainte Alvere is situated midway between the capital city of the Dordogne, Perigueux and Bergerac. Bergerac airport has many flights from UK with both Ryanair and Flybe, new for 2008 flights from Amsterdam and Brussels.

Sainte Alvere is a good base for all the main attractions in the Dordogne, most attractions are with-in 1 to 1¾ hours. There is a good variety of signposted walks in the area for those who are more energetic. It is an ideal base for house hunters.
Bordeaux is 1 ¾ hours
Sarlat is 1 hour
Perigueux 45 minutes
Bergerac 30 minutes

Payment methods We accept payment in € or £ sterling in either cash or cheque form. We are unable to take payment by credit or debit cards at the present time.
There is a cash dispensing machine in the village.

Terms and conditions:

1. We require a 10% deposit to secure a booking. which is refundable up until 10 days before your booking date.
2. We require half the remaining balance 4 weeks before your booking date, the other half on the eve of your departure.
3. Evening meals and drinks to be sign for and billed at the end of your stay, to be settle on the eve of your departure.
