This luxury studio apartment, created in a mansard with high ceilings and spectacular exposed beams, has been designed to offer every comfort. Excellent decor, wood flooring throughout, imaginative use of windows, and air conditioning; which can be reversed to provide heating out of season, are all thoughtfully incorporated to offer a romantic holiday rental for all seasons.

There is a separate fully fitted, very well equipped, kitchen/diner with 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave and a round dining table with four chairs. An iron and ironing board are provided.

The beautifully appointed bedroom area has a queen size bed that can be separated to twins if desired, bed linen is provided. The seating area has comfortable armchairs, a wardrobe, a low table, a flat screen cable TV, CD/Radio and a DVD player. The luxurious bathroom has a vanity unit, wc, bath, towel drier and a hairdryer; towels are provided.

   

Sarlat is a medieval market town and capital of the Périgord Noir. Stroll along the paved lanes of the old town or sample the Périgourdine gastronomy, amongst the finest France has to offer. Take in the hustle and bustle, the smells and noise of the market, sit at one of the cafes and watch the world go by. Sarlat has something for everyone and is a perfect base from which to set off and explore the sites and surrounding countryside. This region of south west France is steeped in history and pre-history. From the dawn of time man has left his mark in what must surely be described as one of the most beautiful parts of France.
